Haith Industrial launch new Filter Press

Reflecting their expertise in waste and water treatment Haith Industrial has launched a fully automatic self-discharging multi-roller side bar filter press.

This is the latest development in filter press design, offering a range of belt widths from 1.0m up to 3.0m with a unique standard length of 6m to provide for extended free drainage.

Using a combination of core technological components this new high performance machine offers greater flexibility within a standard process design. As corrosion is a key issue Haith have also incorporated as standard a framework constructed of galvanised steel and catchment filtrate trays made of stainless steel, providing a machine with the process robustness needed to cope with differing material qualities.

The benefits of the machine over other dewatering equipment are higher throughput, continuous operation, dryer easier to handle cake, high quality filtrate and lower operation supervision with the minimum of maintenance.
